These are OPINIONS only! Please consult with your doctor!

These cognitive decline disorders have been reclassified as “Type 3 Diabetes”.  Thus, types 1 and 2 diabetes should be considered early warning signs of an impending cognitive decline.

To combat cognitive decline: Cerebrolysin in the morning, DSIP in the evening.  Add in Semax, and BPC-157 daily.

Doctors generally say that these neurological diseases are irreversible.  However, a 2011 study, using MRI and published in the Journal of Alzheimers Disease showed that alzheimers patients that were treated with cerebrolysin had an increase in “gray matter” (brain) volume in the hippocampus and cortical regions compared to the continued atrophy seen in the control group.  They grew new brain tissue.  This is peer reviewed image-based evidence that neurological diseases are reversible.

DSIP, MOTS-C, and Epitalon stacked together is good with or without Cerebrolycin.  Cycle these 10 days on, 5 days off.

In this video, 5-Amino-1MQ is said to help (at 25:27):

Also in that video, Dr. Bachmeyer recommends NAD+ (27:45), MOTS-C (28:54), BPC-157 (31:21).  He gives his full protocol at 35:00.  It consists of:

1. Carnivore diet
2. 5-Amino-1MQ
3. NAD+
4. MOTS-C
5. BPC-157

Claude AI lists the following peptides as the most common ones discussed in research circles for the use in dementia and alzheimers:

1. Cerebrolysin
2. GLP-1 Agonists
3. Semax
4. Selank
5. Dihexa
6. Epithalon
7. P21
8. BPC-157

In the literature, Cerebrolysin seems to be the heavy hitter, with the single most effective results.  I think adding BPC-157 is a no-brainer and should be done, as well as NAD+.  And I think Semax should be tried.  And, if the patient is overweight or has fatty liver disease, I would add Retatrutide.
